亞洲浸信會神學研究院為本院與東亞地區其他七所神學院所聯合設立的。目的在使獲有道學碩士學位及教牧碩士學位者，有深造研究的機會。（教牧碩士學位須另補學分）研究院總部設在香港，課程可於台灣、香港、韓國、印尼、菲律賓、泰國、新加坡及日本等地區教學中心研讀，本院備有詳細之簡章及課程說明。
